Personal Assistant - ILS 326 - Haxby

Job Description

I am a young man with a physical disability who lives with my family in the Haxby area of York and am intelligent, fun and sensitive. I require a personal assistant to provide personal care and support.

I require some support with daily life and I am looking for a like-minded personal assistant to assist me with:

1. Getting up in the morning at 6.45am and other hours after college with dressing and personal hygiene.

2. Assisting with bathing.

3. Taking me out.

4. Other activities that may be required.

Wages: £7.17 per hour plus 5.6 weeks holiday.

Hours: 10 hours per week.

6.45am-8.15am week days term time

3pm-5.30pm Wednesday term time

Extra hours may be available

Out of school hours by arrangement.
