Fiona Employing my PAs has made a tremendous difference in my life. Initially due to lack of experience in recruiting staff I didnt always choose the best person for the job or get the best out of my PAs. I am now much more aware that I am the one in charge and that the PAs should act on my instructions within reason of course! Read Fiona's case study.

Janis My story has been on the ILS website for a couple of years and I thought that it was time for an update as my circumstances have changed radically over the past year and I have just recently celebrated 1 year of being an employer! The photo on the next page is of me and my team of PA's at a little party to mark the anniversary! Read Janis's case study.

Having support from ILS gave me and my mum the support we needed to enable us to reach the decision a PB was right for us; without ILS we felt uncertain.
ILS has always given me consideration and understanding about the complications of my health problems which has enabled me to go in a step-by-step way rather than by being overwhelmed by too much information at once.
