Independent Living Scheme (ILS) provides support, advice and information for disabled people in York who want to live independently and have more choice and control over how their individual needs are met.

ILS is funded by the City of York Council to support individuals who are receiving Direct Payments and/or Personal Budgets which are used to arrange their own care.
